Charcoal-fired plum wine that won the "Excellent Flavor Medal" in the 2020iTQi flavor and quality evaluation. High-quality black plums from Nantou water are selected and picked one by one by hand. Special distillation technology is used to control the heating process to cause the wine gum in the distillation barrel to burn, resulting in a smoky texture and a strong peat flavor. The base is pineapple brandy.
