This product is made from ripe plums from Nantou, Taichung, and is brewed through a three-step process: saccharification, alcoholization, and vinegarization. Drinking plum vinegar can help with weight loss, balance acidic constitutions, lower blood lipids, accelerate metabolism and detoxification, aid digestion, and relieve constipation and sore throats.
The concentrate can be diluted with cold water, warm water or soda water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:6. It can also be used as a sauce for cooking or dining.
