MACERATION – Vinified with the traditional wine making techniques of warm fermentation in small open vats for two weeks, post fermentation two-three weeks.
ALCOHOL FERMENTATION – stainless tanks from 2000-5000 liters per tank
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 3000-6000 liters per tank
USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months, 65% new oak barrels, 35% barrels of two wines. Then aging in bottle for 18 months.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - This special reserve wine has been handcrafted in our cellars located in the Judean Mountains. This rare wine displays the rich varietal flavors of carefully hand selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah delicately balanced by the savory finish of French oak barrels. The wine has a deep color, intense with aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant and chocolate with hints of spices. Decant an hour prior to drinking.
