Maceration: Traditional winemaking process, warm fermentation in small open vats for two weeks, followed by two to three weeks of post-fermentation aging.

Malolactic Fermentation – Stainless steel tanks, 3000-6000 liters capacity per tank
Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, with 65% new oak barrels and 35% old oak barrels from two wines.
Followed by 18 months of bottle aging.

Wine Description – This Grand Reserve wine is handcrafted in our cellar,
located in the Judean Mountains. This rare wine displays the rich varietal flavors of carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes,
and skillfully integrates the mellow finish of French oak barrels.
The wine presents a deep color, emitting rich aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant, and chocolate,
with subtle hints of spices. Decant one hour before drinking.

MACERATION – Vinified with the traditional wine making techniques of warm fermentation in small open vats for two weeks, post fermentation two-three weeks.
ALCOHOL FERMENTATION – stainless tanks from 2000-5000 liters per tank
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 3000-6000 liters per tank
USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months, 65% new oak barrels, 35% barrels of two wines. Then aging in bottle for 18 months.

The wine has a deep color, intense with aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant and chocolate with hints of spices. Decant an hour prior to drinking.
