Maceration: Vinified using traditional winemaking techniques, with warm fermentation in small open vair for two weeks, followed by two to three weeks of post-fermentation aging.
Alcoholic Fermentation – Stainless steel tanks, 2000-5000 liters capacity per tank
Malolactic Fermentation – Stainless steel tanks, 3000-6000 liters capacity per tank
Aging – Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 65% new oak barrels, 35% old barrels from two wines.
Followed by 30 months of bottle aging.
Alcohol Content: 14.5%
Wine Description – This special reserve wine is handcrafted in our cellars,
located in the Judean Mountains. This rare wine showcases the rich varietal flavors of carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes,
subtly balanced by the mellow finish of French oak barrels.
Decant for one hour before drinking.

MACERATION – Vinified with the traditional wine making techniques of warm fermentation in small open vats for two weeks, post fermentation two-three weeks.
ALCOHOL FERMENTATION – stainless tanks from 2000-5000 liters per tank
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 3000-6000 liters per tank
USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months, 65% new oak barrels, 35% barrels of two wines. Then aging in bottle for 30 months.
