Aging – 18 months in French oak barrels, 45% new oak, 55% second-use barrels.

Wine Description – This wine is elegant and full-bodied with rich aromas. Flavors of ripe red berries, sweet spices, and black pepper gradually transition to subtle hints of coffee and vanilla.

USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 18 months, 45% new oak barrels, 55% barrels of two wines.
Then aging in bottle for 6 months.
