Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, 20% new oak barrels, 80% used barrels from two previous wines.

Wine Description – This wine is full of ripe raspberry and black cherry flavors,
with spicy notes of black pepper, and a lingering finish of aromatic spices. Decant one hour before drinking.
