Malolactic Fermentation – Stainless steel tanks, capacity 6000-12000 liters per tank
Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, 20% new oak barrels, 80% old barrels (from two previous wines).
Alcohol: 13%
Wine Description – This wine is full of ripe raspberry and black cherry flavors, with a hint of black pepper, finishing with aromatic spices. Decant one hour before drinking.
