Aging – Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 60% new oak barrels, 40% old oak barrels from two wines.
Followed by 12 months of bottle aging.

Wine Description – Balanced and soft on the palate, with flavors of plum and dark cherry,
and fine tannins. It is recommended to decant for at least one hour before drinking.

USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months, 60% new oak barrels, 40% barrels of two wines.
Then aging in bottle for 12 months.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - The well-balanced palate is soft and rich with plum and dark cherry
flavors highlighted by fine tannins. Recommended to open and decant at least one hour prior to
