Malolactic Fermentation – Stainless steel tanks, 6000 liters capacity per tank

Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, 60% new oak barrels, 40% old oak barrels of two wines.

Followed by 12 months of bottle aging.

Alcohol Content – 14.5%

Wine Description – The well-balanced palate is soft and rich with plum and dark cherry flavors,

highlighted by fine tannins. It is recommended to decant for at least one hour before drinking.

MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 6000 liters per tank

USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation

AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months, 60% new oak barrels, 40% barrels of two wines.

Then aging in bottle for 12 months.
