Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months, 50% new oak barrels, 50% used oak barrels for two wines.
Followed by 8 months of bottle aging.

Wine Description – This wine is a blend of wines from three Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards after aging.
It is well-balanced and soft on the palate, with flavors of plum and dark cherry, and fine tannins.
It is recommended to decant for at least one hour before drinking.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - The wine was blended after aging from three cabernet sauvignon vineyards. The well-balanced palate is soft and rich with plum and dark cherry flavors highlighted with fine tannins. Recommended to open and decant at least one hour prior to drinking.
