Aging – Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months, with 50% new oak barrels and 50% old oak barrels from two wines.
Followed by 8 months of bottle aging.

Wine Description – This wine is a blend of wines from three Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, blended after aging.
The palate is balanced and soft, with flavors of plum and dark cherry, and fine tannins.
It is recommended to decant for at least one hour before drinking.

AGING - French oak barrels aging for 20 months, 50% new oak barrels, 50% barrels of two wines. Then aging in bottle for 8 months.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - The wine was blended after aging from three cabernet sauvignon vineyards. The well-balanced palate is soft and rich with plum and dark cherry flavors highlighted with fine tannins. Recommended to open and decant at least one hour prior to drinking.
