Aging – Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 65% new oak barrels, 35% used oak barrels for both wines.

Wine Description – Redemption is an amazing wine crafted from high-quality grapes,

grown in organic vineyards in Pnei Kedem, South Jerusalem, overlooking the Dead Sea,

at an altitude of 940 meters. This limited edition wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, blending spicy

aromas with a hint of vanilla. The palate is balanced and smooth, with flavors of plum and dark cherry,

fine tannins, and rich layers.

USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation

aromas with a touch of vanilla. The well balanced palate is soft and rich with plum and dark cherry

flavors highlighted by fine tannins.
