Wine Description – Redemption is an amazing wine produced with high quality grapes,
growing in the organic vineyards of Pnei Kedem, South Jerusalem, overlooking the Dead Sea,
at 940m elevation. This limited edition wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and combines spicy
aromas with a delicate hint of vanilla. The palate is balanced and soft, with flavors of plum and dark cherry,
fine tannins, and a rich complexity.
