MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 3000-6000 liters per tank

USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation

AGING - French oak barrels aging for 24 months.

ALC. – 14.5 %

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE – Full-bodied and elegant wine with notes of spices, integrated oak

and fine tannins. Decant an hour prior to drinking.
