ALCOHOL FERMENTATION – stainless tanks from 2000-9000 liters per tank
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION - stainless tanks from 6000-12000 liters per tank
USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French and American oak barrels aging for 18 months, 45% new oak barrels, 55% barrels of two wines. Then aging in bottle for 12 months.
ALC. - 14%
DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - This well-balanced wine features lush flavors of cherry, chocolate and black pepper with a nice finish of aromatic spices. Open and decant an hour prior to drinking.
