USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 12 months, 30% new oak barrels, 70% barrels of two wines.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - This wine offers rich and concentrated flavors of ripe red berries, sweet spices and black pepper give way to hints of coffee and vanilla.
