USING SO2 – after malolactic fermentation
AGING - French oak barrels aging for 12 months, 20% new oak barrels, 80% barrels of two wines.

DESCRIBTION OF THE WINE - This wine offers full of ripe raspberry flavors, black cherries and
hints of black pepper with a final note of aromatic spices. Open and decant an hour prior to drinking.
